The Frazer party came out from Loree Lake today and are probably not halfway to the Border yet. Their pictures and video were so good I had to do a blog right away! They have been going to Loree lake for a number of years now and we always say that once you get to know a lake that you will catch bigger fish. That was indeed the case with these guys. This was their best trip yet in all the years they have been fishing at outposts!! We have been hearing that a lot lately. 🙂 Ideal fishing conditions last week also played a big part in their success, but knowledge of the water they were fishing was also key. They caught tons of fish and some BIG PIKE. They caught and released a 42, 40 and many 35 plus inch Pike and also caught a 30 inch Walleye!! Biggest Walleye so far on any of our lakes. Here is a video from them catching a 42 inch Trophy Pike! Please take note on how they gently handle this very old, very large fish. It was not thrashing around the boat and was treated with care. Thank you guys for being kind to the fish. That monster could be caught again this summer making someone’s dreams come true or be caught by these guys again next year….only he will be bigger!!!! We have this bountiful resource because we look after it and we appreciate the care our guests take in looking after it as well. Thanks for the video and pictures guys.
