Summer is flying by. We have been very busy moving people to and from the bush and we have had some great weather to do it. The hot weather we had finally subsided and we have been getting more rain each week. We did not have many fires in our area at all this year, contrary to the Climate Agenda the media is pushing. We have had a normal summer so far. Water levels are maintaining themselves nicely but the rain will help. The blueberries and saskatoons are almost ready and the raspberries and wild strawberries are ripe right now.
Fishing has been excellent! Walleye fishing has been fast and furious and the bigger pike are on and off. At this time of year they are usually caught t-bone on a walleye. That has been happening quite a bit recently as well. Depths range from 5 to 15 feet but seem to be settling into their summer depths a bit.
