The temperatures up here have finally started to be above freezing almost everyday. It is still in the minus 10 to minus 20 celcius each night which is nice for the spring thaw. Still snow in the forecast occasionally but a general warming trend and sunny. We have a ton of snow all across the Prairies and into the Dakota’s so a slow melt will be needed to eliminate the flood threat. Up north however, there is less snow and not too much ice from the reports I have heard. I am hoping we will carry the rest of the way through the spring as per normal. The weather for the past year has been pretty normal where I have been.
Here are some more pictures from last season to whet your appetite. Sunrises and Sunsets are the most peaceful time of day. Also check out our Facebook Page where I post pictures almost everyday. So many that I won’t get through the 2012 trophies before 2013 begins!!
